On 17th September 2009, Lisa Digby gave an interesting and practical session on discovering our Brain and Body Dominance profiles and the use of Brain Gym to aid writing.

On 12th November2009, we held our AGM. The current committee members were re-elected. We also had Sally teach us how to relax and alleviate stress using meditation.

Future programme with time, venue and cost

21st January 2010: Bring in your games that help children and adults with special educational needs. We will look at the range and have a play.
