In November Plymouth and District PATOSS members made a visit to the NASEN and TES Special Needs teaching exhibition at the Business Design Centre, London. One hundred and fifty exhibitors were on hand to explain, demonstrate and encourage visiting teachers to try out a plethora of resources. A number of free workshops supplemented the excellent (and affordable) seminar programme. The general consensus from all of us who went on this trip was that it was well worthwhile and we hope to make this an annual event.

In December we held a Christmas Party and Discussion event at the University of Plymouth. We explored a range of assessment materials. Afterwards festive refreshments were enjoyed by all.
