NMH Providers please note the quality assurance framework has been updated: See the message below from DSA-QAG and follow the links to the new framework document.

Following various discussions and extensive consultation with NMH providers, the NMH Framework Working Group which included SFE and DfE colleagues, we have now finalised the quality assurance framework (QAF), November 2018 v3.0 for the audit cycle commencing January 2019. A copy of which can be accessed by clicking here.

With regards to the QAFv3.0 , the changes made from the previous framework are clearly indicated on the version control log, page 2 and highlighted throughout the document. We have attached a copy of the latest framework with the highlights, a version with no highlights can be accessed via,  https://dsa-qag.org.uk/practitioner/nmh-providers/nmh-framework-document.

Please review the new framework and ensure that it is disseminated to staff for implementation.

The new framework should be implemented with immediate effect. For NMH providers who are due to be audited at the beginning of the 2019 cycle, your dedicated Compliance Officer will take into consideration any revisions during the audit process.
