Timings/Access

This course is on demand and is a recording of a live event.

Delegates are not sent a link to this course but will have direct access to the event in the ‘My Online Courses’ section of their Patoss account for two weeks from the payment date. The recording can be watched as any times as the delegate likes during that period and can be paused, stopped and restarted. Please allow a few minutes for it to appear or refresh the page if necessary.

Payment Options

  • If paying by card please ensure the billing address and card address match, access will be given in the My Online Courses section of your account within a minute or so. If your card payment will not go through, select invoice instead and pay over the phone by calling the office on 01386 257808 and quoting your invoice number.
  • If paying by invoice, access will be given on payment of that invoice. Delegates will need to check with their own finance department to see when the invoice is paid.
  • If paying by BACS, delegates will need to give our finance department a day or so to link the payment to the invoice which will activate access.

Delegates will be able to download handouts within the course and print off to have with them while watching the recordings.
